TECHNICAL OBSERVATIONS:
The VENUS 60 E CT 2 is the renewed version of a bending machine which was very satisfactory for the first manufacturers of bent door and windows. FULLY ELECTRIC machine geometry with adjustable centre-distances is suited for many types of profiles, in particular for processing profiles commonly used in the door and windows realization, in the street furniture, in the sport field and in all those areas where it is necessary to create curvilinear shapes with special profiles with closed or open section. 

Modifiable geometry Bending machine designed with a particular building system that allows to choose the most suitable machine geometry to bend multiple profiles at any radius. Particularly appreciated in the bending of iron, aluminum and PVC special profiles for doors and windows. State-of-the-art solutions Double bending machine specially designed to split the efforts of the kinematic chain with
movement transmission to cardan joints and innovative mechanical protection. Standard
shafts with increased usable surface in comparison with similar models from competitors allows to work on particularly wide profiles. Mechanical position lock screw for continuous and repetitive jobs. 

High technology with the new interpolated control The machine is equipped with an interpolated numerical control able to perfectly manage the developments of the bent parts, controlling the value of the strains in relation to the obtained radius and to the used material. The predetermination of the bending radius is another strength of the new CT2, which applied to the machine allows the bending with variables radii at the highest accuracy and repeatability.

This interpolated numerical control , together with the powerful BENDING PROFESSIONAL interface, designed to simplify and speed up the programming, represents the maximum technology expression never applied to the bending.
