SYMAXS AL Series High-Speed Aluminum Circular Sawing Machines

The SYMAXS AL Series consists of high-speed automatic circular sawing machines engineered for accurate, efficient and repeatable cutting of aluminum tubes, bars and profiles.

The SYMAXS AL Series is designed for manufacturers requiring high-volume aluminum cutting with excellent dimensional accuracy, repeatability and production efficiency.

A servo-controlled feeding system positions the material quickly and accurately, while hydraulic top and side vises securely clamp the material during cutting. The machines can process round, square and specially shaped aluminum profiles when equipped with the appropriate loading system and clamping jaws.

Three models are available to accommodate material diameters up to 160 mm.
