The Garboli LPC 500 Wet is a robust orbital tube polishing machine engineered for wet grinding, satin finishing, and polishing of both straight and bent tubes. Designed to enhance surface quality while minimizing heat buildup and dust, this wet processing system is ideal for stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, and other metal alloys.

Capable of working on round, oval, elliptical, and irregular section tubes, the LPC 500 Wet handles diameters up to 203 mm. The wet grinding process makes this machine especially suitable for polishing light alloys and temperature-sensitive materials like aluminum and titanium, where dry grinding may cause damage or oxidation.

Workpieces can be introduced manually or with an automatic feed system, allowing flexible operation for varying production needs.
